We take all contractor clients with a bookkeeping catchup through the same three-step process, proven to take your behind books from chaos to sparkling clean.
If you’ve been neglecting your bookkeeping for your contractor business this year – don’t worry! We will catch up on your bookkeeping for the current month, so it will be as if you were never without accurate financials in the first place.
You will receive a customized chart of accounts and your Quickbooks Online will be tailored to the needs of your contractor business. As part of the process, we will also make sure the products and services list matches what you offer.
Now that you’re on the right financial foot, we will keep you updated monthly so that you have peace of mind and the data you need to make the right decisions in your contractor business. You will also have access to your monthly financial statements and your custom financial video update.

Although this software isn't well-known outside of the accounting world, it's a life-saver when it comes to collecting documents securely and asking transaction questions for our clients. You can think of it as a bookkeeping-specific client portal.
